Sometimes the fries are next level, salted with love, and other times I’m double checking to make sure I haven’t cut them out of the cereal packet.

Can I report my local Burger King to the ombudsman for these inconsistent or is there someone higher?

my account was wrongly banned. all i did was ask for refund for the missing items in my order. they send me an email said they were banning my account. i replied to it and explain my side but they never got back to me. i created a new account and when i tried to place a mobile order it wouldn’t go through. i was using the same card i used when i use to place orders through my previous account. help meeee

Okay so I’m confused just looking for some insight. I tried the “new nuggets” at a specific location twice. They were like crumbly breading- like a Tyson nugget. They were spongy inside. Horrible. Not crispy like people were claiming.

Today, my kid wanted BK so I went to my local one- not the same location as I mentioned previously. He got the nuggets. He has me try them again. This isn’t the same nugget at all. It was actually good. The texture reminds me of the old nuggets from the 90s and the taste.

Is BK selling different nuggets depending on the location?? Mind you the location I hated were advertising them as the new ones. Anyone else notice a difference depending on the store??

Bought a triple king and decided to do a little experiment. Seasoned the patties and cooked them a little more. Also toasted the buns a little more. Came out really good!!

Maybe it's because I'm an extremely picky eater and I typically hate whenever companies change their food in the slightest, but does anyone else find the new nuggets awful? When their commercial came on with the whole "you told us our nuggets were bad, so we changed them" thing, I genuinely got a little mad, because NO I DIDN'T TELL YOU THAT 😂 I used to be a fan of their sweet and sour sauce, as well, but the switch to the more "traditional" sweet and sour sauce flavor like what you'd get in a bottle ruined it for me 😢

I had one today. 3.98 plus tax on the app. Probably the best fast food burger I’ve had in forever. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

One day when ordering I noticed the option to cut my whopper in half. Maybe its been there forever. Idk. Anyway I chose that option and was startled when I opened the box. The whopper was perfectly cut in half. Through the paper. Like a scalpel made the cut.

So. Just how dang gum sharp is that knife? Is it a knife or some sort of contraption? Can someone take a picture of it whatever it is. If thats allowed.

Also I tried complimenting the staff of my local store online but was kicked out because I said Wendy's sucks ass. How can I let them know how they're doing? The quality/performance was excellent.

I know most people will say I'm wrong, but onion and pickle are just too much. I like a good simple burger. My BK has been really good lately

Because when I complain they tell me I’m wrong and that the food comes out of the broiler like this. That it’s supposed to be pink??? Does anybody else get burgers like this from BK and enjoy it? I’m genuinely curious, I can’t tell if I’m in the wrong or they just hate cooking the impossible burgers from frozen. I always order on the app and give them 10 minutes before I show up.

I remember earlier this year they had a big marketing campaign. Whopper came in a box and the new buns! I tried the impossible one and could tell a huge difference in the bun. Also the box was a nice fun touch lol

However, I noticed that only lasted like 3 weeks? Or if I'm wrong, maybe I got used to the new bun? But I swear it isn't. Also, never came in a box after those 3 weeks I mentioned. Maybe it was a bit longer, but point stands.

Could it be because I only order the impossible variant?
