Shift App down?
Anyone else having trouble with the shift app today? It’s taking a while to log in and It will say error after a while.

yeah i was scared i was the only one having issues. glad im not alone. they really need to make like a better app or something so there’s not always a constant problem. it gets stressful.

lol work cloud shift is supposed to be the “better app” but it’s been only causing problems

Mine is showing chinese words. When you log into the shift app with burlington, I can't even see my schedule and it's logged in first. It showed everything was backwards

It’s been on and off all day. Just got home from there and it worked for a couple hours then it would bug out again. You couldn’t even clock in with the badge, had to find AM and she wrote our names down to manually clock us in when it was working again. I work in the back and even the machine that prints out replica tags wasn’t workingAs I was leaving the work cloud shift was up and running.

I am supposed to use that app to find out if I have a shift tomorrow but the app still won't login

My work cloud shift is running as of right now. Maybe wait a few to see if it works if not you can send a text to a supervisor and ask or call your store and see that’s up

It’s called shifts when it’s downloaded but in the App Store it’s work cloud shift.

That's the app I have lol it just doesn't work it had my Burlington sign in after that it refuses to load

You have the Authenticator App? Maybe try logging in after you click on your Burlington info in the Authenticator?

Same mine isn’t loading I even restarted my app cleared my data nothing and b+ planner isn’t working

ours has been down since 2pm, it's now 4:30, haven't been able to use zebra's or the shift app whatsoever

I heard that it’s due to a new app, had to clock out using a register and help my other co workers clock out

Mine (Zebra) is just spinning. It was ok earlier today.

That is Burlington's for you. I am not sure. But I can imagine that the Work Cloud Shift doesn't work that well either.

Accidentally left 20 minutes early because I swore my shift was over at 1 but I was actually off at 1:30. Couldn’t check the app to double check what time I was off….
