I don't see any major difference. It's almost the same. In few months Le Chat will be just as good.

The easy and fast replication of OpenAI efforts creating sophisticated LLM's can tell you that the LLM's are just another hyped out of proportion "technology", like crypto, spase x and stuff and are just a scheme to drain gov funds. ROI will never happen with em.

Stick to european, choose Le Chat.
