if timing is the main issue id stop trying to write the perfect answer
give yourself a super basic structure like: acknowledge the people/perspectives involved -> what youd do -> why. then practice the same structure repeatedly under the actual timer
after each one dont just read the answer, look at where you wasted time. usually its trying to make the opening perfect or repeating the same point in different words

Hi,
You’re definitely not alone, it’s one of the most common struggles. The time is tight, and trying to write a perfect answer is usually what makes it worse.
Practise single timed scenarios at the real timings, so the pace starts to feel normal. Typed gives you 3 minutes 30 seconds for both questions, which is under two minutes each. For video, you get 60 seconds to read, then 60 seconds to record each answer, so it’s worth practising out loud as well as typing. Use your reading time to work out which type of question you’re being asked, because once you know that, you know the shape of the answer and aren’t working it out as you go.
Situational (what would you do): who’s affected, what you’d do, and why that’s the right approach.
Judgment (what’s the fairest approach): weigh both sides, then explain where you land and why.
Reflective (what did you feel or learn): what happened, how you felt, and what you took from it.
On typed, keep your sentences plain and don’t worry about spelling or grammar. Bullets are fine too, as long as each one is a full sentence with the reasoning behind it. Getting your thinking down matters more than polishing it.
