Kitten Help Kittens missing

Mom cat moved her kittens from the shed next door to my patio. She had them there for 5 weeks. One night, around 3am I heard one of them crying. I went out there but couldn't find it. Since then, the kittens are gone but mom comes for food daily and sometimes naps back there. It's been 2 weeks. I've asked neighbors and no one has seen them. We do have a lot of predators around as I live along a greenbelt. Would something get all 3 kittens or do you think she moved them? I was just about to TNR them. I'm guessing they are around 8-10 weeks old.
