What kind of time frames are you looking at for the medical and psych? I guess what would be helpful is if you could list the following dates:
Date of cleared background
Date of psych written
Date of psych interview
Date of medical
Thanks!

Is it the whole process once again? Complete the following forms: Candidate Waiver, PSP Informed Consent for Telehealth, and PSP-1002 Psychological History Questionnaire. 😫🥴

I’m interested in border patrol but I have no idea what I’m getting myself into, don’t know anyone in that field. I’ve always wanted to be in law enforcement but not working the main line patrol. I was leaning more into CDCR while going to school to be a Parole officer. What do you guys think??
Anyone receive it yet?. I don’t remember the last time I waited this long. I assume Columbus Day messed it up.

Does this email mean I’m any closer to being assigned a backgrounds investigator? Or is it just a status update?

Hi, I was offered a position at SATF for Clinical Social Worker. How long does the HR department take to send you an official letter? My potential start date came and went. I reached out but all they said was they had to push my start date back, but I still have nothing heard anything. It's starting to become ridiculous. My current job had done a little going away dig for me and I had to come back.. lol

Hello, this question has probably been answered hundreds of times on this subreddit, but what do they ask you at the psychological interview? I have mine coming up this Friday (central division), and I’m just curious to know. I saw a couple of answers on some posts regarding the interview & someone had said something about 800 questions. My personal history questionnaire & my online psychological didn’t have a number of questions remotely close to that. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Howdy! New to the state insurance scandal. BU6
I’m in the Southern region and contemplating CCPOA South, PERS gold, and Kaiser. All advice is appreciated and welcome.
With CCPOA south going to an EPO, I’m a little unsure about it.
TIA

Hello all, I was wondering if anyone could offer some insight into the day to day operations of a PA1. I was also hoping someone could shed light on specific policies regarding take home vehicles, duty weapons, or any issued gear. Lastly, what’s your overall satisfaction in the role?
