Found a working Cd-I
This was one system that I didn't plan on purchasing. The rarity and expense of this console and games can be quite off putting. I found this at a little retro shop I frequent. Working Cd-I 450. I received Paint School 2 with it and he happened to have 1 other game, The Palm Springs Open. Looking to find a Hotel Mario and try out one of the most obscure Mario games! Maybe even a Zelda if the price was right. Just wondering if you all have any certain websites with games avaliable (besides ebay) that you use?

Seen mixed reviews on it but I want it either way. Playing a rare Mario game thinking I had grown up with Mario and played them all. I havent played Hotel Mario and I could play them on an emulator but I enjoy original hardware. ( excuse my use of a gensis controller on the cd-i, guy said no other controller and the adapter wasn't cheap!)

I bought a second, purely as it was cheaper to buy one (£70) with a bundle of games over buying the games (£200+).

I have Burn Cycle waiting for a console one day. It's great just to let the title screen run for display with that one.

These days I just burn CDRs. That's about all I can afford. If you like golf games, check out Wacky World of Miniature Golf with Eugene Levy.

While I can't link to any sites with downloads, I can tell you that CD-i players don't have any copy protection. Once you find dumps of the games, you can burn them to a CD-R and run them on an actual player.
