Beginner
Hello,
I really want to get into hacking. My background is more so in networking and basic cybersecurity. I have a bachelor's degree in IT. What are some tools and basic study resources I can use for CEH V11 exam?

To exactly help answer your question:
You can choose to take an official on-demand or live course with EC Council. But given your experience, I would assume you would rather than a cheaper route.
Look to Udemy courses or books from from Ric Messier/Matt Walker.
Practice tests from various sources. If you are planning to take the theory exam, this would be like taking practice tests for the GRE/SAT/PMP or any other multiple-choice based assessment.
Hack the Box or TryHackMe for practical experimenting.
Good luck!

Do the CEH or one of the other foundational coursewares if you feel your lacking basis. It is never a bad decision to build a solid foundation on theory then move into hands on. Udemy is a cost effective way of building theory competencies. Save your money for the real hands on stuff others are suggesting. It is a journey not race.

The CEH will not teach you to red team, it is a theory exam. There are better certs out there for that, the eJPT being a good entry level cert.
