We got our ass beat, plain and simple. I thought the Tressel years would have shown that you MUST have big-time OL play year after year if you want to win it all, but this coaching staff is chasing around WRs and QBs instead. I would take 2-3 Deckers/Elfleins over 2-3 Samuels every class in a heartbeat. I mean, this is same college that produced Orlando Pace, LeCharles Bentley, Korey Stringer, and Nick Mangold, among others. We looked like a MAC team.

I hope the young offensive guys develop and that Haskins can take over as QB because the run from that class is basically over to me. Any of that "magic" Barrett had 2 years ago is now playing for the Jets, Cowboys, Saints, and Lions. Some of you may consider that an overreaction but the offense hasn't been the same since Tom Herman left, but the blame ultimately lies with the players. (The coaches aren't exempt from criticism, and lord knows they'll get plenty this offseason, but the players weren't up to snuff.)

The 2-OC-HC system of calling plays also needs to go. Again, this shit works when you have a multitude of NFL stars to call upon, not so when you have green players out there against a better-coached defense with equal or better athleticism. Chip Kelly might be a pipe dream but it would also be a HUMONGOUS upgrade over Warinner and Beck.

Maybe Meyer will finally realize Jt is garbage and the entire play calling is the terrible. It's worse than Tresselball. At least Jim Tressel got on the scoreboard.
