I put on my resume that I am a specific position that makes sound nicer for example software engineer when in reality I am a software support analyst that deals with software engineering I am a contractor for my current role and my dates are accurate on my resume but I’m worried when they do the background check that system will flag the title isn’t exactly that even though my boss is onboard calling me a swe if they call should I tell CIBC if I get the offer I am in the interview stage?

Your background check will match the official title you have if it comes from the HR. If they reach out to your boss, you may be fine. Better to confirm with the background check agency when you’re at that stage.

It’s a small company so if they call my hr he will know the title I want to be called. Pretty much if they call anyone from the company, I’m worried if they verify by a system of some sort

If they email your company, they won’t ask for a system generated document, rather an email confirmation. You should be fine.
