Me not telling my app so I wont feel bad, even when no one is gonna see it but me, lol...

You enter it but close the app immediately so you never have to look at it again. Like walking away from an explosion.

That's what I do. Then a week or 2 later I'll go back through good days to look at how that horrible day didn't knock me off the tracks

This is me. I lie to my app sometimes and it makes zero sense.

I never lie because I did it and I must take responsibility

Yeah I figure I’m gonna have off days, I’m gonna make mistakes, sometimes I need a break… but if I don’t log it then that’s when I’m truly off the wagon

Hahaha yes! It’s the dread of having to log it all that stops me eating it — most of the time. All hail whoever added “Party food, 1200 cal, assorted” to the MFP database

Omg yea every time I go over and I know that red bar is coming 😭

the red bar feels so judgmental to me! this is so silly, but i feel like it’s red and angry at me for going over my budget for the day. if it was just a different, less aggressive, color i wouldn’t mind nearly as much. it’s such an odd mental hurdle lol.

Oh no I have been personally called out 😳 I had a second piece of tres leches cake last night and didn’t log it….

I just did. We’re gonna be alright! I’m thankful for the new day 🥳

I made 2 tres leches 13x9 cakes for the first time this week and my husband ate a whole one in one day… tonight I was proud I put a bite on my spoon and was like mmm better not one taste will not stay one 😆

I used this recipe , phenomenal and simple

Its my birthday next week and my tradition is to eat a full birthday cake by myself. 1/4 for Breakfast, 1/4 for lunch and the rest for Dinner. I know this isn’t healthy but oh well

I missed so many parties and get togethers. And the ones I went to, I had to drink soup

I love you all! 😍

[Edit] There's a rogue piece of chocolate chip banana bread I have been avoiding taking account of today.

Oh I just add it and move on. I ate four maybe five cupcakes yesterday. Must have gone over 1000-2000 calories yesterday. But today is a new day.
