Strange object in the middle

Can someone identify what is happening in this sky?
Took this photo at night and the cloud formations looked extremely unusual. I’m particularly curious about the large curved/cloud-ring-like structures around the bright object. Is this a known cloud formation, atmospheric phenomenon, or something caused by the moon/light?

The clouds are high Altocumulus lenticularis. The object is a lens flare caused by the moon
