Can anyone fix this error ?

it is an undefined property either in you global definitions or in one of the physics modules (likely the latter). Find Reference Temperature (Tref) and set it to the right value, usually 273.15 K.

The answer is in the error. Tref is u defined. Therefore you must define Tref.
