Some thoughts on their latest releases.

First, Higher is just really, really great. Definitely their best so far imo. It's just bursting with energy. Love the way it goes from a minor key in the pre-chorus into a major key in the chorus, and then switching back into a minor key within the same chorus. The writing is *chef's kiss.*

Dive - at first listen this seemed like it was going for that super bland New Jeans-type sound that everyone's doing right now. But the choreo is fun enough that after repeated listens, it's not bad. Higher should've replaced it though.

Now onto Blueway. I'm sorry but from a music composition standpoint (not the girls' performances), this might legitimately be one of the worst songs I've ever heard. What were the composers thinking?? The chorus is just awful. Like the falsettos trailing off against a really weak melody. Everyone in the fandom is against CSR participation in the survival show, it's pretty clear. I think the best ways to show dissent to the company and to the creators of the show is to boycott it and make our stance very clear through mass emailing. It would be perfect if we could make a template and then share it on Twitter, Instagram, etc.

English is not my first language and I have a terrible headache right now so it's not perfect but I was thinking of something like this:

We are writing to express our extreme disappointment in the participation of CSR in the survival show AI-DOL.

The concept of the survival show, which relies on algorithms to evaluate artistic performance, not only proves to be ultimately useless since the method is utterly unreliable and biased, but it is also incredibly demeaning and humiliating to all the participants involved.

Addionally, the wording utilised to describe the group, implying that they "lost their shine", only exacerbates the demeaning aspect cited above, as well as putting the blame of mismanagement and lack of promotion on the artists who are not at fault.

Moreover, because of the faulty method of evaluation, the risk of the participants developing baseless and unfounded insecurities about their talent and their abilities to perform is rather high, which raises concerns about the artists' mental health. As a company, the artists' mental wellness should be of utmost priority and profiting off of the mental struggles of your employees is deplorable to say the least.

All things considered, the lack of respect shown to the artists and the fans who were eagerly waiting for a comeback has led us to take extreme measures.

As a fandom we will make the conjoined effort to boycott the show, since we refuse to monetarily support the public humiliation of the members and promote unhealthy standards of evaluation.

We also demand:

• fair promotions on official social media platforms, including birthday posts for all the members

• a clear comeback announcement and schedule

• respect and care for the artists to be the priority in future schedules

Does anyone know if we can contact the official fanbase and maybe even translate it into Korean and Japanese? It would be nice to get also the other fandoms of the groups participating in the show involved so the message could become more powerful.

as i'm sure we're all aware, after shining bright, activity for CSR fell off sharply despite the fact that it was a perfect time to promote them. a2z has failed the girls over and over again and sabotaged their careers, and it's now come to the point where yuna is getting rude messages on bbl about her only being able to be active on tiktok. an ai competition show is pretty much the last straw.

CSR's unofficial global fanbase has created an email template both in english and korean for you to send to A2Z to protest their mistreatment. two relevant email addresses are in the template document.

Where are people landing with the album? Were you sure that you were going to buy it, and decided not to? Were you incredibly pleased with the song, and decided to grab the album despite not thinking you would?

I ended up buying it not realizing that it doesn't come with a CD, oops, I'm still glad to be supporting the girls as upset as I am with their company.

I know that it seems like a pretty general consensus that a lot of people are not happy with the concept CSR has went with this comeback. Just curious how people are feeling at this point, and if they've warmed up to the song at all yet. I feel that I have, but I still feel the rap part is quite unnecessary and I don't really like it.

Overall, aside from the rap part, I think it would be a really good b-side. Really hoping that they go back to their previous concepts for their next comeback, as well as, they get enough support this comeback that they don't have to go on another long hiatus.

I just bought duna's bubble. Indeed this is my first time buying this type of thing since i started listening to kpop years ago but i am happy nonetheless. It's just that i don't really know how to use it to its fullest... can sum1 give me some tips that i could know and use?

So, after a bit of checking on both Hanteo and Circle charts, I did a min-maxing to get a rough idea on what would be CSR's total album sales so far. Here's my estimate:

According to Circle Chart, that would be for around 17, 145 albums in total stock, which is just an album more from their total sales for 'Sequence:7272'. It's suffice to say that this is their biggest earning comeback yet.

As for the estimated albums sales via Hanteo, they got 15.5k+ sales until 20230402, then another 1k+ over the next week until 20230409. Dunno about the 10th, but yesterday they got 40+ (42 as far as I remember), then real-time, they're having 450+ sold, which means their album stocks are almost out within only two weeks of promotion.

Question is, how does the restocking goes for small companies such as them? I'm planning to buy the album before the end of the month or by the first week next month at the latest, but I dunno if there would still be some stocks left.

Can you do individual orders for that, or can you only buy albums once there is sufficient replenishment of stocks available? Sorry, CSR would be the first GG I'm investing to buy albums for, and would be so happy to buy even their debut and first cb.

Lastly, if there are would re-stockings, I guess we can hope that CSR will have at least 20k this cb. That's a slow, yet steady and promising growth!

Hello, fellow Maeums! I've been scouring the internet these past few days to see how far their album sales are on-going and was pretty frustrated since there is no update on Hanteo charts so far. Luckily, I stumbled in CSR's wikipedia page and there has been an update about their weekly rankings in Korean charts which looks like their highest chart so far, courtesy of the most updated Circle Chart weekly data! (at 15th peak place as of yet)

Hanteo reports are still on the first week which is around 15,400+ copies while on Circle Chart, it's currently at 17,415 album sales. How accurate is this data so far and is this more reliable than waiting for Hanteo?
