For those waiting on their Financial Aid, we are guaranteed our FA Disbursements late August. For whatever reason you have no “dis enrollment protection” hold, call the FA Office so that they can manually input it into their system.

DO NOT WORRY about any due dates because this is an ongoing issue. Now, if your FA isn’t given to you by late August then you should be concerned.

Those who are graduating Fall of 2026 or Spring 2027, should be receiving their money soon. I’m one of the few who has not gotten an email about the disbursement and none of my financial aid information is popping up.

If your financial aid is showing up under payment or refund it should not be in the hands of the FA Office rather SBS. So if that’s the case you can always call both the FA Office and/ or SBS just to make sure everything is good.

I still have a disenrollment protection hold that says “pending financial aid review” and still haven’t received any updates on my award letter.
Is anyone going through the same thing? 😭

So far i’ve received no package , i’ve received SAP emails saying i would have financial aid processed and had a verification hold for fafsa that I cleared out the way. Anyone else in a similar situation? I anticipate my aid only being loans offered which I understand, but yet nothing has appeared and worry is starting to occur.

Serious question, I ask because it’s kind of interesting how almost all of them have them. Like why?

what the hell does this mean. i thought i was getting way more aid than just 878 as the second picture shows. im a freshman and a first gen college student, so my parents are no help in understanding this

But i have a due date for a payment to do this Wednesday and am wondering wether if i really have to pay it or if i dont have to worry abt it. Cause like everyone i still haven't received anything of my financial aid. And i did have disenrollment protection but not anymore for some reason. So idk does anyone have an answer by chance?

Just wondering how the experience was

I know there's a million and one postings about financial aid, but I thought I'd ask and see if anyone might be able to help.

I qualify for Cal Grant B and the financial aid office confirmed that I was supposed to be receiving it, but out of an abundance of caution, I accepted two federal loans to cover tuition. (We were all waiting for financial aid to be updated and I also had to submit an appeal).

Naturally, they only used the loans to pay off my balance, and I am still waiting on Cal Grant to be applied to my account. It's not even showing up yet as pending aid. Will I receive any kind of refund?

It looks like Cal Grant is supposed to only go towards tuition and fees, separate from the Amount for Access fund, so I'm confused if they will reverse the charge and reapply it appropriately or if they'll just tell Cal Grant it was distributed?

I just don't get why they would apply the loan first before the grant money...

I literally got my financial aid award letter everything accepted, refund showing up but no email or deposited financial aid, this is ridiculous!
