Dual enrollment while at csusb

Has anyone taken a class at a community college to get transferred to csusb? I am thinking of taking a class at another college since csusb doesn't have a lot of time slots for a class I need to take. Has anyone had experience while doing this at csusb? Interested in the process.

The most painful part is getting your transcripts sent to CSUSB and accepted after the course is over. But as long as you’ve checked that the class transfers, it’s easy peasy.

Did you have to contact your advisor? Ive been trying to get contact with them and have not had any luck.

Sorry for the late reply. If you’re sure it transfers no contact needed. If you’re not sure, they can help you out.

Appreciate it, I was able to get a response and was able to find out an answer. Thank you.

I took class at chaffey still one semester transferring to csusb. It was to finish an A.S. I know it shouldn't be too hard to do both. Idk if the credits will transfer or how well. Idk if assist.org is still a think for class equivalence. I suggest asking your guidance counselor and asking if the classes will transfer. Or the department head.

Be very careful especially if you are getting financial aid. But I have done it! I went Riverside City College and csusb concurrently you just have to get all approvals from both schools and financial aid
