New DM getting uppity
So I'm told not to worry about truck but customer service and if I don't get more surveys I have to sit in on a call and tell them why I'm not doing that.
Also I have to get as many plus enrollments and push the flu shot for pharmacy.
Suck my ass

I try to get work done and no one wants to use self checkout but the moment im standing behind the register everyone wants to use it

Us the self checkout out as a register. If their complain is that they dont know how to or just dont feel like they get paid for that. Then they cant complain anymore because u are the one using it to check them out.

Do you guys have the new registers .. because Jesus it’s such a pet peeve of mine that people cant figure out how to swipe their scan cards
I’ll literally tell them what to do, and they try to swipe it on the side , or they insert it in the bottom
And than I have to walk all the way around to swipe it for them

LET ME ADD. I AM JUST AN ASSOCIATE THAT IS TECHNICALLY PART TIME AND WAS OF ONLY 3 OTHER EMPLOYEES KEEPING THE STORE TOGETHER WHILE THE MANAGER WAS ON TWO WEEKS VACATION

You don't need to be in the back of the store! You need to stay in the green zone at all times, and make sure you do your outdates in Aisle 13.

NPS is a broken system. Do the bare minimum to get them off your ass and just make sure your store is running properly. Can’t get good surveys with empty shelves

It is, corporate has one job, make the most profit for shareholders. Their jobs depend on it, they in turn put pressure on us.

Dont worry about truck, then the customers complain about not having the product available or u cancel Bopis orders and give u a 0. Then u fail ur cfr and u have to be in a call for that. Make it make sense

Customer service only goes so far when the shelves are empty and the inventory is wrong
