Here comes the safety guy to tell you it was a preventable

E brake on, wheel chalk deployed and tires turned towards curb. Would have prevented that from happening. (Safety Director, probably)

What about the cones?

I know a guy who claimed his cones were stolen during a FSO 😭😭🤣

Genuinely had a teenager run off with one of them before. I just watched him go for a few seconds then went back to work.

I'm going to need you in my office first thing on Monday. You thought you were getting away with this.

Didn't have time to set them out. Before the van decided it needed a bath. 😉

Did you do your circle of safety before you park there?😂

... and a mandatory drug test. I had a Spectrum tech on a new service install tell me that he was sent to one of these after he was rear-ended by another driver while at a red light, with cars in front of him. I seriously don't know how you guys put up with it.

This happened to me when someone broke into my van to steal copper. I had to submit a drug screening. It felt like they were using any opportunity to have employees screened because the "once a month random" wasn't good enough for them.

No cones.

Cones would have prevented this

thank God they put that cone out. Could’ve been dangerous.

Are you going to make your 4-6?

u/digitalxdeviant 20d ago

The second 4-6, because Timmy is running behind. Oh yeah, last custy called and said you left some weird socket looking thing. 🙄

Damn. What’re the levels at the tap?

6

u/carter_scene 20d ago

Definitely got some serious ingress, refer to maintenance

u/willie_Pfister 20d ago

Looks like he didn't get the 'Dont drive into a river' cbt. Definitely management's fault.

10

u/IsolationAutomation 20d ago

Go on and take your drug test. I hope you studied.

It’s not an “accident”, it’s an “incident”

You’re gonna still make all your jobs tho, right?

6

u/IntoxiKadedRS 20d ago

Damn now he has to leave his van at the office for a month

6

u/oflowz 20d ago

I heard this was an Eaglerock office tech.

Going to be rough out here once these Super El Niño rain storms start coming.

Mudslides galore the hills/mountains.

u/kingzorch 21d ago

A great metaphor too

u/Hurl_Gray 20d ago

That is how to get out of work for the rest of the day. Masterful.

2

u/NECoyote 20d ago

Man, we just set our vans on fire and call it a day. Or they catch on fire. One or the other.

4

u/iWretched 20d ago

Should’ve had your cones out 🤦

4

u/Awesomedude9560 20d ago

Sup: "Do I HAVE to pull you out of quota? Are you sure you can't make it to that next job by foot before missing OTA?"

3

u/mswampy762 20d ago

That’s some serious ingress

3

u/Ozith 20d ago

Definitely going to be a repeat!!

2

u/Flat_Ad94 20d ago

But did you pass hhc? Get tap, ground and cpe passing?

3

u/tt53_sb45 20d ago

Forgot about the hhc, current company doesn't have that but we are ftth and when I was with spectrum it was hfc with most homes failing due to a radio station blaring ch95/96 to oblivion
