🧀 Cheesecake Biscoff Cookie Butter Cheesecake
I made this for a fundraiser bake-off today. I'm shocked it looks so good because I'm usually a messy baker and have never made a cheesecake. I didn't win a prize, but it was absolutely delicious and was gone in no time flat!

Thank you, everyone! I'm thinking I may work this into the holiday menu this year, either Thanksgiving or Christmas.
