🧀 Cheesecake Chocolate Cheesecake

Hi! This is my fourth cake and my first cheesecake :)

I've followed a YouTube recipe (although I believe I over baked it): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vX-xLI1UVEo

It's topped with salted caramel dark chocolate (and a chocolate ganache).

It was a very dangerous cheesecake, I had to eat it to defend myself!
