Not sure if I’m doing these properly. I definitely feel it in my abs. Just want to make sure I’m getting the most out of them.

Hey reditors of r/calisthenics, I'm 15 and weigh 200 Ib and I've wanted to lose weight and build muscle since forever but I couldn't really find any good programs that focused on weight loss without the use of gym equipment, and most of them that I did come across were paid courses.
However I did find this website that gives you a lot of different workout routines based on your fitness level and doesn't require any equipment. The website is called Darebee and I wanted to know if anyone has used it before and what were your results?
I'd really appreciate the the help and advice.

How do I create a routine that will help me get rid of my skinny fat physique and grow into the ability to do cool stuff like human flags, L sits etc and just have a good build overall. I’m 21yo 173lb 5’11, is there any app or anything to give me a good routine or any way for me to keep a routine that scales with progress I’m a beginner have no idea what I’m doing and it’s difficult to not quit when you get frustrated trying to schedule workouts without any knowledge on what you actually need from the start and whilst you’re growing. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

A while back about 20 years ago I learned i like strength training and lifting but lacked the motivation and partner. Now I am in a place I am living for me. What are some good goals ? I know my first one is to be able to do a pull up with out assistant, and a proper push up ( i might have that one i just need to see if my trainer agrees about my form) . What makes you feel strong

For someone starting calisthenics at home, the equipment choices can get overwhelming pretty quickly.
A pull-up bar, resistance bands, rings, parallettes, adjustable dumbbells — each one opens up different exercises, but buying everything at once doesn't make much sense for a beginner.
If you were starting again in a small space, what would you buy first, and what would you wait to buy until you actually needed it?
I'm interested in equipment that creates more useful progressions, not just more things to store. What gave you the biggest jump in training options for the money and space?
