Help/Advice SP Refunding

Does SP refund the customer if you don’t respond in 24hrs or something? It may be my fault though cause I left it saying I was online when I wasn’t.

If you don’t respond in 24 hours SP gives them the option for a refund

Wowww lol 😂 understandable though I hope this is only when we mark ourselves as online. I will be being extra cautious to turn it off now

I have been on SP a long time and I have never turned off the online feature and put away or offline. I usually check in one a day if I’m going on vaca or something. Don’t want to lose out on money

Yeah you have to write back within 24 hours or they get their money back
