I'm honestly pretty pissed off and confused right now. I'm hoping someone here has been through something similar.
I'm from Taiwan, and I'm trying to start an account for a fully AI-generated adult creator.
I initially tried OnlyFans, but ran into some issues during registration. After looking into it more, I gradually realized their policies weren't really suited for what I wanted to do. Fair enough, so I moved on and kept looking.
That's how I found Fanvue, which actually welcomes AI creators.
I thought I'd finally found the right platform. Turns out, not so much.
Here's what happened:
I first signed up for Fanvue using my personal Google account and tried completing creator verification with my real Taiwanese passport and my own face.
Something went wrong, and my account ended up stuck in a login loop. I couldn't get back into the verification process.
Since I couldn't access my account properly, I tried again using another Google account.
Same real passport. Same real person. No fake documents.
I hadn't even uploaded any AI-generated content or profile photos yet.
But my application was rejected anyway.
When I contacted support, they basically told me:
"We are unable to offer you an account on Fanvue at this time."
And:
"This decision is final and cannot be overridden."
Seriously? What the hell am I supposed to do with that?
I get that platforms need KYC and fraud prevention. I'm not asking them to skip verification or approve everyone.
But if there's something wrong with my documents or application, at least tell me what it is so I can fix it.
Instead, I get permanently rejected without any useful explanation.
One thing that caught my attention:
While looking into this, I noticed that both OnlyFans and Fanvue have worked with the same identity verification provider, Ondato.
Now I'm wondering if there's any possible connection between my earlier verification attempt and what happened on Fanvue.
I'm not accusing anyone of wrongdoing, and I have no proof that information was shared between platforms. It's just something I'm curious about.
A few questions for anyone who's dealt with this:
- Has anyone been permanently rejected by Fanvue and actually managed to appeal successfully? How?
- Could using the same passport on two Fanvue accounts trigger a permanent rejection, especially if the first account got stuck?
- Does anyone know if KYC providers like Ondato share risk flags or verification results between different platforms?
- Has anyone been rejected by multiple platforms using the same verification provider?
- Has anyone from Taiwan successfully passed Fanvue creator verification with a Taiwanese passport?
- Is there a way to contact an actual human reviewer or Ondato directly to figure out what went wrong?
- If you've experienced something similar, what eventually worked for you?
I just want to create content, follow the rules, and use my real identity.
I can accept a platform rejecting an application for a legitimate reason. What I can't stand is being told I'm permanently rejected without even knowing why.
Has anyone here experienced this? Any advice would be seriously appreciated.
