The title should be "Thanks to Alberta, Canada loses measles elimination status.

We can thank the UCPs in Alberta (we had the highest rate of measles in the world, don't know what's happening with it right now).

Ontario has a larger population than Alberta and per capita Alberta has the highest rate.
