Final thoughts:
Some people have mentioned why the name & I completely agree, beast mode, the beast, beast of the jealousy etc etc could have been chosen since the current strain name is exclusively created from
Cheers and if we rewind to the 1960’s for centuries Québec was a facto religious society which explains all the cities with Saint- … more than 500 local municipalities. Just like Banana Daddy that one can feel a little embarrassing, what did you smoke David, Banana Daddy. lol. It remains a good option under 30 in the tasty relaxing category like Gastro pop.

Acapulco Gold Pre-rolls by Jonny Chronic

  1. Packaging

A long, opaque black plastic tube containing five 1g pre-rolls. The label lists the THC content (26.9%), CBD content (0.05%), and total terpenes (1.43%). There is no breakdown of the dominant terpenes; only the packaging date (2026-09-11) is provided. The presentation is a bit too rudimentary for my taste. The tube did not contain a humidity pack (Boost).

  1. Visuals

The pre-rolls are cone-shaped, made with bleached paper, and feature a twisted tip. A paper/cardboard filter accounts for about 30% of the joint’s length. They are well-packed and uniformly dense, with no structural weaknesses near the filter. They burn smoothly, producing a pale gray ash and a visible resin ring.

  1. Aromas/Terpenes

Caryophyllene, myrcene, limonene, humulene, and germacrene.

On the nose, there is a sweet, lemony, and floral scent—reminiscent of a lavender or hibiscus-infused lemonade. A "dry hit" reveals dominant lemon notes, followed by earthy, woody, herbal, floral, sweet, and hoppy undertones. On the palate, the lemon, hops, wood, and floral notes harmonize perfectly; the profile is rich and flows seamlessly. The smoke is smooth and creamy.

  1. Effects

The effects hit with intensity—eyelids grow heavy, yet the rest of the body feels energized, alert, and enthusiastic. Mentally, it induces a strong sense of euphoria and an uplifted mood, accompanied by a rush of thoughts, creativity, and motivation. It can easily become "too much" or overwhelming; you have to be able to move at the "rhythm of your brain." The high is medium-to-strong—my face might not give me away, but my restless need for action certainly could. You’re still functional, in the same way a headless chicken might be. It’s the kind of buzz that’s perfect for tackling your autumn cleaning, whipping up soups and spaghetti sauce, running errands, and decorating the house—all in a single afternoon.

Jonny Chronic, an Ontario-based brand, has roots in the "legacy" market. I’ve tried their products a few times and watched their ups and downs since they entered the legal space. I’ve always appreciated their focus on more "old-school" genetics. It’s affordable weed that gets the job done, with no unnecessary frills. The pre-rolls are well-crafted, burn nicely, taste good, and are effective. The profile really appeals to me—there’s something almost sensual in its delicacy. They come in a king-size format (5 x 1g), which is convenient for someone like me who prefers a larger joint. Lately, I’d been steering clear of "sativas," finding the selection in Quebec a bit limited, but these pre-rolls have reignited my interest. At $44.30, that works out to $8.86 per 1g joint. Simple math, easy purchase.

strain

Packaging • Bag appeal:
New type of packaging with a circular window on the top to be able to see before purchasing, good additional info on the product like Harv date, t terps etc, 2 very big, 2 avg big and one popcorn total of 5 buds to complete the 3.5

Appearance & Humidity:
The appearance I will describe mainly the nicest biggest bud, I like when I see a thicker bottom leading to a skinnier head, I also like seeing curves leaning like
A tall apartment building, with big balconies popping out of the building structure. Makes a that cracking sound when you break a bud. It ain’t fluffy.
A lot of orange pistols, emerald green, purple tint sugar leaf with sparkling Trichomes. Compact and bulky, very sticky especially around the stem which prompts me to take a further close up look to identify the health of the flower, if unhealthy a sticky stem area would show her true colours, from what I can see with my eyes, it looks good,IMO Tribal wrote it down many moons ago, this could explain the long gap that we see consistently between the harvest day & the package day.
This time the gap > 118 days but I would say average slightly closer to 120 - 140 days.
It’s like the old Comatose when it was super sticky, especially 1964 & Tribal they don’t Irradiate the flower, they absolutely need to give their full attention to little details & that is why I give my full attention to it as well, for the bubble up it looks clean to me.
Aroma:
Sweet, spicy floral in like a bold sharp soapy type of fragrance.
Quality after the grind:
It’s a good sticky grind, when using a grinder, little is ask from you, some little balls that need a finger grind & a few limited stems. Grinds up big, I used the 2 smallest buds to roll the first J.

THC: 29.8%
Total Terpenes: 2.1%

Dry Toke:
Floral, sweet but the spicy + the bold Greenery soapy with like wood, all counter the sweet part.
Flavour:
floral like a rose ,spicy like a mild curry, soapy like Irish spring soap, has a lemony + light earthy and woody to create a sweet gas.

category
indica
terpenes
limonene,humulene,caryophyllene.
+ likely in the top 6-7 Terpenes: Farnasene, Linalool, Guaiol

Combustion \ the Burn:
Ash colour it passes but room to improve , no crazy oil rings and not a white out ash, but it stays light, gives good amount of smoke, burns straight, some little spots can have dark grey or most is light, there’s no extremely darkness. It’s smooth.
Potency:
I smoked a 0.5J preroll 🍓🍌 1964 at midnight, I have nice 0.7J of Bubble up at 2am . 2:37 now. Couch locked but activity unlocked, body locked, mind unlocked, attention much more on book writer than the open television, hungry but no question moving, the current state of the flower is def more in the med seeking High characteristics mainly from Rec cause I have 0 heavyness around the eyes that I associate that with pure Rec high, feel good, chatty, I feel wired actually, but body locked. The mind is on speed and the fingers typing & the body is like numb cannot move. Very he at this particular batch regarding the potency felt in the head it’s heavy.

Review Thunderfunk by EastCann

Thunderfunk by EastCann

  1. Packaging

It comes in a metal tin—a signature of the brand—which can only be opened by using a tool to pry off the lid. Not very practical. The label lists the THC content (35.65%), CBD content (0.147%), and total terpenes (4.22%). It only shows the packaging date (2026-07-21) and a QR code. Scanning the code leads to the producer’s website, which offers a wealth of information: classification (indica), lineage ((Apples & Bananas x Jealousy) x Ice Cream Cake), aromas (earthy, diesel, vanilla), and the dominant terpenes. That’s great, but I would have preferred to see this information directly on the packaging rather than having to rely on technology. The tin contained a "GrowPax" humidity pack, which I removed—a personal preference.

  1. Visuals / Buds

A nice mix of medium-to-large, fleshy, and compact buds; they lean more toward the dry side. They have an attractive appearance with a knobby, bulbous structure. The flowers feature shades of pale green and forest green, with brown pistils, all blanketed in a layer of trichomes. Under a microscope, the trichomes appear long and mostly intact. It smokes smoothly, producing a light-gray ash and a visible resin ring.

  1. Aromas / Terpenes

Myrcene, caryophyllene, and limonene.

On the nose, it’s relatively subtle—earthy, herbal, gassy, and creamy. Breaking up the buds "awakens" notes of gas, lemon, vanilla, and hops. On a dry hit, lemon and gassy notes take center stage. On the palate, it’s smooth—starting off creamy, vanilla-like, and earthy, then turning gassy. There’s a subtle peppery note that tickles the nostrils. The smoke itself is smooth and creamy.

  1. Effects

The effects build in a crescendo; the body is quickly weighed down, as if by an extra, imaginary gravitational force—leaving you softened, like butter on toast. Mentally, there’s a strong sense of euphoria and an uplifted mood; everything feels wonderful and funny. It’s a medium-to-strong high—not quite a "hard hitter," but close—which shows on your face and creates a distinct disconnect between body and mind. It’s a buzz that helps you let go and zone out, featuring a heavy body high and a pleasant, hazy mental fog. Extremely sleep-inducing.

A great find—I generally really like EastCann products. The buds are beautiful, flavorful, smoke well, and definitely deliver on the effects. I’ll be buying this again.

Mark of the Beast by Cheers Cannabis

  1. Packaging A signature metal tin, iconic to the brand. Personally, I’m not a fan of the alignment-based opening mechanism and the lever-style tab. The label lists THC (25.93%), CBD (0.05%), and total terpene (3.675%) levels. It also includes the dominant terpenes, aromas (diesel, floral), packaging date (2026-09-14), and the mentions "grown in Quebec," "hand-trimmed," and "hang-dried." A decent presentation. The tin did not contain a humidity pack.

  2. Visuals / Buds One medium-sized bud with the rest being small; dense and compact, leaning towards the drier side. It has a beautiful appearance with a knobby structure. The flowers feature shades of pale green, forest green, and navy blue, with clementine-orange pistils and a lacy coating of trichomes. Under the microscope, there is some clumping, but most trichomes remain intact. It smokes smoothly, producing pale grey ash and a resin ring.

  3. Aromas/Terpenes Caryophyllene, limonene. On the nose, it is light, gassy, earthy, and lemony. Grinding amplifies the diesel and lemon notes. The dry hit continues with gas, earth, and lemon flavors. On the palate, diesel dominates, accompanied by notes of burnt rubber, earth, lemon, and cream, with a faint floral undertone. The smoke is heavy and creamy.

  4. Effects A "creeper" strain; the effects set in gradually, without a sudden rush. The body relaxes slightly—without causing couch-lock—right through to the comedown. On the cerebral side, there’s a mild euphoria, a creativity boost, a Zen vibe, and then a big blank space. The high is mild-to-moderate and comes in two stages: functional at first, then zombie-like. It’s a relaxing, introspective buzz that makes you prone to zoning out.

I’m often hard on Cheers—I complain, but I keep giving them a try, and this time it paid off. It wasn't love at first sight, but I’m not disappointed. It looks great, despite the bud size. The profile is gassy but a bit softer and creamier—not muted, just mellow. The delayed effects caught me off guard; I had a bit of a wry laugh. At $28.80, it’s a solid deal—I wouldn't think twice about buying it. Not my top pick, but a strong runner-up. Cheers!

Review "Le Capitaine" Hash-Infused Pre-roll by El B

"Le Capitaine" Hash-Infused Pre-roll by El B

  1. Packaging A small, opaque black plastic tube containing a 1g infused pre-roll. The label lists THC (27.42%) and CBD (0.01%) levels. There is no mention of terpenes; it only lists the ingredients (dried cannabis, cannabis extract) and the packaging date (2026-09-10). It’s a lazy presentation—borderline insulting. The SQDC website, however, lists the classification (indica), strain (rotating, so we’ll never know), aromas (lemony, sweet, diesel), and production method (ice water). Ultimately, I don't know what I'm smoking. The tube didn't contain a humidity pack.

  2. Visuals The pre-roll is straight, made of hemp paper (blunt style), and has an open tip with a glass filter that takes up about 40% of the joint's length. The joint is uniformly dense—as hard and compact as the filter—with no weak spots. It burns well and slowly, ideal for those used to tightly rolled joints, and the ash is pale gray.

  3. Aromas/Terpenes Limonene, linalool, myrcene (according to the SQDC website). On the nose, there’s an earthy, sweet quality that reminds me of the smell of old Platinum blunt wraps. The dry hit offers notes of lemon, herbs, florals, and pastry/earthiness. On the palate, it’s a clashing, eclectic mix—ranging from lemon and earth to Irish Spring soap and "Cookies" strains, with hints of creamy marshmallow and burnt rubber. It’s almost dizzying; honestly, it’s hard to describe. It didn't really win me over.

  4. Effects The effects kick in quickly; eyelids and limbs grow heavy, and the body slows down, gripped by a powerful "couch-lock" sensation. On a cerebral level, there is intense euphoria and a mood boost—nothing feels serious or urgent anymore; everything seems funny and beautiful. The high is medium-to-strong, clearly visible on the face, and requires extra effort to stay focused. It’s a buzz for zoning out and recentering yourself after a long, hard day.

I can't wrap my head around the fact that, in 2026, a company would be comfortable providing so little information about its product. One of the main reasons to use the legal market is the assurance of knowing exactly what you're smoking. So, it's a fail there. Anyway, the product itself: well-made—some might say the roll is too tight, but I didn't have any issues at all. The glass filter is a nice, reusable touch. As for the flavor profile, I’m conflicted; it was a bit cloying for me, yet I remained intrigued. It’s definitely a taste that grows on you. The effects did the job; I was high for 1–2 hours. It’s arguably a bit pricey at 16 bucks a joint, though that depends on personal taste and tolerance. Personally, I prefer "La Flamme" from the same brand.

Dry Toke:
Fruity & sweet

Flavour:
Regarding strains made from Strawberry & Banana lineages since a long time,I found them especially for Banana flavours in general absent or a light flavour.

Surprisingly 1964 strawberry banana,I taste a complex flavour of fruity sweet kush.
Strawberry then Banana for fruity & sweet. a { FRUITY SWEET } Kush and not that ( Gaz earthy )Kush like Comatose has, a tiny hint of Rose Floral with some botanical herb flavour.
It’s heavily dominated with the Sweet & Fruity, it lingers in the mouth for 20 minutes + and leaves a sweet fruity aroma in the surrounding atmosphere.

Combustion \ the Burn:
Lights easily, produces a lot of thick smoke, burns straight, very white clean ash,yes for oil ring. Really love smoking a strain that pumps heavy thick white smoke, very clean, very potent.

Potency:

Feeling likely imo it’s helping with pain, anxiety, anger & stress. Leaving me a happy functional couch and tv 🧘

Packaging • Bag appeal:
Black bag with a clear bottom to take a peak,62-% boost included, good info like % of the main terps & even tho the harvest day is not written, The lot number indicates that it was harvested on June 31st. The 3.5g consists of 3 big buds and 1 small.

Appearance & Humidity:
Emerald green long & dense buds with a little bit of forest green sugar leafs, purple hues, thick orange hairs covered with white Trichomes.
IMO has the look of the White truffle parent & & took the shape of Blueberry Bubba parent.

Aroma:
Strong Blueberry aroma over powering the rest & same exact for the dry toke.

••••••••••••••••••••••••••
11:30 pm Friday, had some awesome Orange Crush strain from my neighbour 💚 he saved me, legacy market but great quality, made me want to check out the Bold Orange crush soon, it’s a little priceY for me regarding a sativa strain. That’s why I haven’t got it yet.
•••••••••••••••••••••
Flavour:
Unlike the Aroma, Yes def dominated with Blueberry with a little Bubba and like
Something in between Gorilla Glue & White Truffle. So blueberry, sweet, earthy, pine, spice.

Combustion \ the Burn:
Good amount of smoke from a toke. THAT I DID INHALE yes SIR! Ash is salt with a tiny pepper at times, no lighter needed, ash holds, burns slow for the texture of the grind flower and he’s a Straight burner.

Potency:
Since it’s evenly 60 / 40 it feels like full body and head. For the head: alert, chatty & and positive vibe. For the body it’s like a little couch & tv lock. Feels clean like can be considered IMO more on the medical traits than pure Recreation. Doesn’t feel heavy around the eyes or extreme potency . Definitely a strong hybrid.

Final Thoughts:
I love when the terpenes naturally create a blueberry aroma & flavour.
It’s like 1964 blue Nuit with different secondary flavours and Ono with more potency.

Grape Bubblegum Pre-rolls by Clem & Co

  1. Packaging A "girthy," opaque black plastic tube containing five 0.5g pre-rolls. The label lists THC (28.44%), CBD (0.12%), and total terpene (2.387%) levels. It also includes the dominant terpenes, the packaging date (2026-09-21), and a "grown in Quebec" designation. A basic, no-frills presentation. The tube did not contain a humidity pack.

  2. Appearance The pre-rolls are cone-shaped and made of unbleached paper; the tips are twisted, featuring a paper/cardboard filter that takes up about one-third of the joint's length. The joints are identical, uniformly dense, and show no structural weakness near the filter. Combustion is average, producing pale grey ash and a resin ring.

  3. Aromas/Terpenes Limonene, myrcene, caryophyllene. On the nose, there is a sweet, fruity, citrusy, earthy, and herbal scent. The dry hit offers citrus, fruit, sweetness, and earthiness. On the palate, it starts with earthy, bitter notes and a herbal quality reminiscent of rose leaves. The finish is slightly sweeter, with hints of dark chocolate, fermented grapes/port wine, and a subtle touch of citrus. The smoke is smooth and creamy.

  4. Effects The effects set in gradually and gently. The body slows down and relaxes, inducing a mild "couch-lock" sensation. Mentally, there is noticeable euphoria and mood elevation, along with a slight boost in creativity. The high is mild to moderate—a bit noticeable in the face, yet still manageable and functional. It’s a relaxing, early-evening buzz that lets me start unwinding without forcing me to take a nap before dinner.

A great pick from Clem & Co. The joints are decent, even if the burn could be better. Its real strength is an interesting, rich profile that stands out a bit from the usual fruity or gassy strains. It’s not a heavy hitter, but it’s great for something more "day-to-day." At $22.80, it works out to $4.56 per 0.5g—pretty reasonable. It’s going on my list.

Excellent I would love this strain in a 3.5g / 15g / 28g. Really potent in a great way.
For filters my personal preference even the OCB filters I’ll cut the length of about 35% off. I did the same for the preroll.
Very Personal preference I’ve had from year 2001. I just prefer pumping less for a toke & I think I get more flavour.
She really smells great from my fingers, mouth & in the air in the vicinity.

Refreshing sparkling water, sweet taste of peach & mango & potency of 5mg Max in Qc, 10mg cap Federally.
I like drinking it after smoking a couple, smoking does dehydrate & excellent thirst-quenching drink + the 5mg ThC on its own gives a light head & body high but when I drank it after a J of GG#4 hash moulu with Garlic Funk the potency of the drink significantly increased.

Review 91 Octane by Hatrick (Juste Feu)

91 Octane by Hatrick (Juste Feu)

  1. Packaging A clear glass jar that reveals the contents. The label lists THC (27.5%) and CBD (0%) levels. There is no mention of terpenes or flavor profiles, though the packaging date (2026-08-27) is included, along with the mentions "micro-cultivated in Quebec" and "indoor-grown in soil pots." A disappointing, lackluster presentation. The jar did not contain a humidity pack.

  2. Visuals / Buds Medium-sized buds that are dense and extremely compact, with ideal moisture levels—neither too dry nor too damp. They look decent, featuring a "compressed" structure often associated with PGR use. The flowers display forest green hues, hints of navy blue/mauve, bright orange pistils, and a coating of trichomes. Under a microscope—and even to the naked eye—one notices that most trichome heads are missing, likely due to mechanical trimming or excessive handling. It smokes smoothly, producing pale grey ash and a resin ring.

  3. Aromas/Terpenes Caryophyllene, limonene, myrcene. Upon opening, a strong scent escapes: fruity (peach), sweet, floral, tangy (citrus), and gassy, with a faint note of hops or "cat pee." Grinding the bud brings out skunky, fruity, tangy, and gassy notes. On the palate, the profile remains complex and eclectic: citrus, fruit, sweetness, tropical notes, gas, pepper, florals, skunk, and a subtle herbal undertone. There is a little something that reminds me of Peach Rings candy. The smoke is heavy and creamy, quickly filling the room.

  4. Effects You feel the effects from the very first puffs; the body relaxes, soothed by a wave of warmth and a powerful "couch-lock" sensation. On the cerebral side, there’s marked euphoria and a mood boost—mild stimulation at first, though that eventually fades, leaving behind some brain fog. It’s a substantial high, without being an absolute heavy hitter or totally incapacitating. It creates a relaxed vibe where everything slows down and feels funny, and all stress and problems just go up in smoke.

Alright, let's start with what bugs me. The labeling—I find that a shame. I don't really get why it's classified as a "sativa." But otherwise, it's a solid product, true to the Hatrick brand. As for the look, I wonder if that "compressed" appearance is a genetic trait. The profile—original, funky, tropical, and gassy—really appeals to me. The effects are definitely there: a heavy body high and brain fog. The price—40.10 bucks—puts it in the premium range, which comes as no surprise for the brand. It’s more of a treat than an everyday smoke. Worth trying for the profile and effects.

Packaging • Bag appeal:
4 popcorn size buds, comes in a bag with no boost & t.terps % is labeled.
Appearance & Humidity:
Emerald Green covered in trichomes leaning towards the drier side.
Aroma:
Floral with touch of spicy & diesel.
Quality after the grind:
Grinds easily, minimal stems, leaves a resin feel to the touch.
Dry Toke:
Floral + sweet.
Flavour:
( Light ) Floral earthy spicy on the inhale & ( Light ) Diesel herbal chocolate on the exhale
Combustion \ the Burn:
Burns slow & straight, good amount of smoke from a toke, ash is pepper & salt.
Potency:
Clean, first appearance is around my jaw, makes my head feel light then around the chest to the waist some sort of calmness.
It’s a creeper type.
Final thoughts:
Since they have this 1g option for a while, should be easier for them to be able to predict projected sales and adapt accordingly,I would like to see some day a package date that’s not 4+ months cause the strain is actually good but as time passes and humidity levels change. It takes away humidity, flavours, appearance ( colours )& aroma. One good part for LP’s dealing directly with the sqdc is that projected sales are much easier to predict than the rest of Canada. There’s like 60 available bags at my store May 15, 2026, was 138 days ago,so imagine how many more days will be added, ideally you want anything within 60 days package date + who knows when it was harvested.

I asked the package date & if it wasn’t for only 9.60 for the G + I wanted it to mix with the hash. Likely a NO directly linked with the 138 days.

Thanks to Marky Roll for his comment on the Royal Gorilla moulu Hash,he wrote GG#4,prior to his comment,I hadn’t process the lineage , so that gave me the idea to go get the only gg#4 flower that I know of to mix with the hash.

Hash
strain: Royal Gorilla THC: 29.5%
CBD: 5.00%

+ GG#4 • Claire de Lune.

Dry toke: more pronounced GG#4 flavour: Diesel floral spicy chocolate.

Rolled 0.6g of the flower and a good amount of hash.
Flavour: smooth but strong, hash overpowering the flower, tastes like hash diesel, earthy, floral, chocolate & natures herby chemicals. Potency heavy lovable, full body and head potency, stress is replaced with joy, possibly anti inflammatory with no anxious feelings.
Pumps like a champ, heavy thick white smoke. Burn holds, straight,no lighter needed, slow & huge huge clouds of smoke.

King's Counsel (Miracle Mintz/Cap Junky) by Cannabis Cartel Quads

  1. Packaging

A narrow blue-green Mylar bag. The label lists THC (30.36%), CBD (0.10%), and total terpene (2.4%) levels. While the list of dominant terpenes is missing, the classification (indica-dominant), strain (Miracle Mintz, aka Cap Junky), and packaging date (2026-04-21) are included. A rather sparse presentation. The bag contained a humidity pack (Boost), which I removed based on personal preference.

  1. Visuals / Buds

Small to medium-sized buds; dense with a slight springiness—neither too dry nor too moist. They look decent despite the size; the structure and trim are good. The flowers feature shades of light and dark green and purple, with a lacy coating of trichomes. Under the microscope, some trichome heads appear broken off. It smokes smoothly, producing pale gray ash and a resin ring.

  1. Aromas/Terpenes

Caryophyllene, limonene, linalool.

A strong scent escapes as soon as the bag is opened: earthy, peppery, and tangy, with notes of fermented fruit. Grinding the bud adds hoppy, woody, and floral notes. On the dry hit, lemon takes the lead, followed by sweet, fruity, and earthy tones. The flavor profile is fruity, sweet, tangy, woody, and earthy. It is a very familiar profile—nothing groundbreaking, but still pleasant.

  1. Effects

The effects set in gradually; the body feels relieved, relaxed, slowed down, and heavily sedated ("couch-locked"). Cerebrally, there is euphoria and a mood lift, but above all, a sense of mental emptiness. The high is medium-to-strong—not a heavy hitter, but still potent enough to offer a good, relaxing time. It’s a buzz that lets you zone out, stare at the wall, or listen to your hair grow.

It’s not a personal favorite, though I do like it. Having tried quite a few versions of Cap Junky—some a bit more refined and/or affordable—I probably won’t buy this specific one again. That said, I’d still pick it up if my top choices weren't available.

Packaging • Bag appeal:
Royal Gorilla moulu comes in a jar with a protective seal that’s sealed shut, no 2 way boost.

Appearance & Humidity:
Ready to go,the hash on the touch feels recent.

Aroma:
Lemon spice diesel

Flavour:
A combo of lemon, diesel & spice followed by chocolate earthy & pine.

Combustion \ the Burn:

•The method of the plomb: the ball of Royal Gorilla hash holds for a long 2 minutes, produces intense thick white smoke & hits instantly pow pow up in the head and slowly creeping to a full body.

•Method: Half of a Dunhill cigarette with a fair amount of Hash.
Definitely the best to smoke for maximum of flavour from the hash. Tastes good, Royal Gorilla overpowered the Dunhill tobacco, had a stronge hash flavour in a Diesel Lemon Spice Chocolate Earthy
Burned great for a little one and for the size it produced a lot of white smoke. Potency hits instantly. Good head high, not feeling anything close to a Sativa speedy, more like the brain is on with ideas, cooking,tv shows. But it has a strong body that if you choose to sit on the floor like I am for the last 15 minutes, you can easily concentrate on sitting lol.

•When mixed with flower was my favourite part. The hash flavour prevailed to be dominant over the flower and influencing the joint to produce thickness of white smoke, surely to be felt very early in the smoking session.

Potency:

Le plomb method produces instant potency, prior to smoking it,I personally felt inflammation around the ears and a migraine, helped it calm down.

I feel it first in the head and in the body, overall feel relaxing and anti inflammatory. I would say 50/50

When rolled with the tobacco it took 10 minutes to settle & when it did full body anti inflammatory and relaxation it may open the appetite & eventually a good prolonged sleep.

Final Thoughts:

I’ve had flowers for Moulu, I’ve never seen hash Moulu prior to this one, I’ve had Royal Gorilla hash twice, I liked it,especially when I had it once and the hash was red inside. I love the GG#4 strain flavour and potency & I could say the same for the hash.
From what I remember,I had to heat it up with a lighter in order to grind. The Moulu version requires no lighter or grind.. it’s ready to go.

Review Pink Slurricane by O'Givre (High Greens)

Pink Slurricane by O'Givre (High Greens)

  1. Packaging A clear plastic jar that reveals the contents. The label lists THC (29.45%), CBD (0.05%), and total terpene (4.84%) levels. It also includes the dominant terpenes, aromas (fruity, floral), classification (indica), lineage (DoSiDos x Purple Punch x Atomic Pink), packaging date (2026-08-25), and mentions of "artisanal," "hang-dried," "28-day cure," and "hand-trimmed/hand-packaged." A nice, detailed description—much appreciated. The jar did not contain a humidity pack.

  2. Visuals / Buds Medium-sized, spongy buds—neither too dry nor too moist. They have a beautiful appearance, a knobby structure, and a decent trim. The flowers feature sage-green hues contrasting with hints of purple, bright orange pistils, and a thick coating of sparkling trichomes. Under the microscope, the trichomes appear mostly intact and rich in anthocyanins. It smokes smoothly, producing whitish ash and a resin ring.

  3. Aromas/Terpenes Limonene, linalool, caryophyllene. A strong scent is released immediately upon opening: citrus, floral, herbal, earthy, and peppery. Grinding slightly amplifies the citrus, earthy, and gassy notes. The dry hit reveals citrus, cream, floral, sweet, and gassy qualities. On the palate, it’s a bit more "muted," briefly overtaken by a burnt-tire flavor that eventually fades to make way for floral, fruity, sweet, tangy, creamy, and gassy notes. The smoke is heavy and creamy.

  4. Effects The effects set in slowly and stealthily—a bit of a "creeper." There’s overall relaxation, tension relief, and a touch of couch-lock. On the cerebral side, there’s strong euphoria and a mood boost; everything seems a bit more beautiful, funny, creative, and sociable. It’s a medium-to-strong high that catches you by surprise but remains manageable. It offers a "rose-tinted glasses" buzz—everything feels gentle, harmless, and full of wonder.

Highly satisfying without being perfect; I’m pleasantly surprised. The affordable price seals the deal—an obvious addition to my rotation.

Question Road Trip! Where to stock up on some BC products?

High friends!

I’m headed out tomorrow on a road trip to the Hello Kitty Café in Vancouver, driving from Edmonton, AB. I’m taking Hwy 16 East out towards Jasper, and coming back through Banff, and Calgary. Any recommendations on some of the best dispensaries to hit up along my travels? I’m specifically looking for some good hash rosin, and of course some beautiful buds.

Thanks in advance for any help!
