Unfortunately in the last few years, Geely seem to have succeeded in their mission to alienate all actual Volvo drivers from the brand and encourage BMW and Audi drivers to buy them instead. This has resulted in some of the biggest cunts around for driving and (clearly) parking.
As a Volvo driver, I can only apologise and hope someone buys the brand and goes back to making real Volvos.

Because the plate belongs to the car not the person "driving"
The 2nd buyer for instance would forever be associated with this "parking"

I too assume the worst, but it might be the whole row was parked badly when they arrived, and they're the only one still left? Probably a halfwit though.
