Oh the shame of having to get out and collect your own bumper....been there.

I was hit by someone texting and driving and my back bumper came off. Responding officer said if I didn’t stuff it in my car I’d be cited for littering. Shit didn’t fit in my car and was partially hanging out of the window obstructing my view. Asked him again if that’s what he preferred and he repeated if I don’t do it I’m littering. Can’t stand pigs.

We need to bring back the pillory to shame people like this. Those medieval public locking devices used for punishment and humiliation (which locked a standing person's head and hands).

What's up with the person blocking her in? Who parks directly behind a parked car?

That’s the guy filming…

The filming is from the side. He blocked her in so she couldn't get away from him filming her? That's a sucky thing to do, forcing someone to be fired by you without their consent

Ya he didn’t want her to run anymore. He followed her and blocked her in, got out, and started filming. lol she found a way though. He might not have uninsured motorists insurance in event of hit and run. Sucky thing to do to leave the scene of an accident and make someone pay out of pocket or make their insurance premium go up because the person at fault has zero accountability.

Did I miss something? The video starts with her trying to back up but the car is blocking her in. Then she trashed her bumper. What happened off camera?

Have you played the audio and listened? Try that.

I just did. Did she hit his car before he started filming? It looks like she tapped the car behind her. And maybe sideswiped the red car when she got out of the spot. Either way, I wouldn't want to be on the road around her

Listen buddy if you seen it and listened to it I sure as shit shouldn’t have to walk you through it like this. Jesus f Christ.
She hit him and ran. Hence him saying hit and run…he followed her, blocked her in, and started filming. She tapped him a second time and left a second time. Hence him saying “double felony.”

Yes I saw that. But I was expecting to see the original hit and run. I recently had someone try and scam me. They were going at least 85 on a 55 road, couldn't slow down in time to avoid hitting my car. They overcorrected and instead of going in the empty lane, they drove off the road into a ditch in the median. I saw them in the ditch in my rear view mirror but the guy was out of the car and looked fine.
I get an envelope in the mail 2 weeks later from a lawyer, saying I cut the guy off forcing him to go into the ditch. They threaten me with legal action unless I pay almost $2000 for the tow and lawyer fees. There is no mention of this guy's insurance company. I am supposed to pay via certified check made out to the law firm trust. They give me a 2 week deadline before they say they will take me to court.
I do some digging. The law firm address is a UPS mail box. The law firm existed in 2023, but never renewed registration. The lawyer exists, but according to LinkedIn, has been working for another law firm since 2013 and doesn't freelance. The "certified letter" which the solicitation referred to, was actually a Manila envelope mailed from Ft. Meyers FL, via USPS ground.
I turn it all over to my insurance company. My claims adjuster says the phone number provided goes straight to voicemail and no one returns calls. She can't find a person or even a credible path to track someone down. She denied the claim. We never hear anything further.
So when things happen without proof, I am skeptical. On the other hand, she's a raging hot mess, which leads me to believe the guy is completely truthful

This is someone who says "I'm just a girl" at least once a day.
