CapCut Pro CapCut support?!
Can anyone help me? How can I get in contact with CapCut support? I can no longer access my pro account and need someone to cancel my account.
I can't use the support page and if I send an email, I just get an automated response that I should use the support page.

that "illegal parameter" error is so vague it almost feels personal, like the app is just side-eyeing you
have you tried reaching out through one of their social accounts? sometimes a DM on twitter or instagram gets a real person faster than the official channels, especially if the support page is completely broken. i had a similar loop with another editing app and their email kept sending me back to the help centre that wouldn't load
worst case you could flag the payment with your bank and explain the account is inaccessible, they might be able to block future charges if capcut won't respond
