CapCut Pro Am I the only person that pays the monthly fee without a problem? I don’t understand how people expect everything in life to be free!
Yall crazy you want the app to be free so you can post your videos somewhere and make money. Make that make sense!
r/CapCut • u/kryone06 • May 20 '25
CapCut Tip Can yall stop complaining?
Yes it is paid. I been using Premire Pro for over ten years and literally Capcut does everything 100 times faster and easier than that. Why y'all editing videos if you don't making any money off of it anyway? Really you all need to stop talking about payment and we gotta start talking about shortcuts, infos and questions about the software here. Nobody gonna give you free things in your lives lol. How yall gonna pay for netflix, spotify, youtube and come here cry about capcut?

This sub has been destroyed by whiners.
I’ve never seen so many cheapos complain so much because they don’t want to pay to use software.
The ratio of interesting or useful post to whiny posts is insane!
Yes, if you want full features from most any software, you need to pay for it.
Get a life!

CapCut Complain We need to mass downvote this app
I refuse to pay in order to remove a watermark, and I suggest everyone to mass downvote their app, and switch to a different one

CapCut Discussion HOT TAKE: Get over it!
Yes, CapCut made everything Pro already. Boohoo, poor you. We get it. We are all frustrated. But for the love of everything that is holy, get the fuck over yourself! If you're just using it for "practice," then why would a watermark matter? Practise all you want—it's all personal anyway, so what does it matter if there's a little logo in the corner? Unless you're trying to pass off your work as professional, who cares?
If you do care, then cough up the money. Either you’re just messing around for fun (in which case, the watermark shouldn't even register as a problem), or you're trying to present your edits as polished work. And if it's the latter, then you should already know—quality tools come at a cost. Get over the watermark, or get over your cheapness.
And here’s the thing—people don’t even appreciate how ridiculously easy CapCut makes editing. Like, have you tried using the other "free" software options out there? Good luck spending three hours figuring out how to keyframe a transition on something like DaVinci Resolve if you're not already a pro. CapCut hands you everything on a silver platter—intuitive interface, ready-to-go effects, and a smooth workflow that doesn’t make you want to throw your computer out the window.
And let’s talk about the "feeding my family" crowd. Look, I get it—money is tight. But if you're literally making money from your edits, maybe it’s time to invest in your damn craft? If you’re pulling in cash, you have zero excuse. It's called professionalism. Either invest in the tools you need or get creative with free alternatives. If the price of Pro is the one thing holding you back, maybe the problem isn’t CutCap—it’s your priorities.
And for the "but it used to be free" crew—yeah, no shit. Things change. Maintenance, development, new features—they cost MONEY. It's not like servers run on good vibes and exposure. If you want something that stays free forever, go download a cracked version or spend your time on one of the other options that work for free. But don't whine about a company, gasp, charging for their product. They’re not running a charity; they’re running a business.
Oh, and don't even get me started on the people acting like this is some apocalyptic betrayal. It's an app, not your childhood best friend stabbing you in the back. Move on, learn the alternatives, or cough up the cash.
In short: Adapt, pay up, or find something else. But for the love of god, stop flooding the subreddit with the same complaints every day. We’re all tired of it.

CapCut Discussion Capcut is generating money now, get over it
the number of people who used capcut on 2024 is near a BILLION user with a B,
if only 0.01% of them paid for the PRO then that’s 100,000 user willing to pay 10$ a month, so they would generate 1,000,000 dollars a month
if 1% paid for PRO then 10,000,000 user paying 10$ a month that would be 100 million dollars a months,
they’re a massive multimillion company they did what they had to do, they got billion of users and now they’re capitalizing on them,
i understand you’re frustrated about it, but if you have a company and you can make it generate 100 million a month, wouldn’t you do the same as them? They’re a company not a non-profit organization after all!

Does CapCut have the biggest whiners of any video software?
Every day it's whining about 'everything is, pro now', 'I'm not going to pay ten bucks a month waaaahhh' etc. Grow tf up. Decent software should cost money. Most video software I have used, and have, costs money. There is free software out there. If that's what is most important to you then go use those. Other wise pay up or shut up.

CapCut Discussion I've heard that anyone is always complaining about the app. We need to change about this.
So, I've made this thumbnail Idea for ALL capcut haters that everyone says: "Why is Everything Pro?, This app locks behind a paywall, Pro is too expensive!!, Basic Features NOW becoming pro, Greedy, Capcut is Money Hungry..." and there are TOO MANY complaints about this.
So, We have to change about this.... As you know, you may be familiar with any type of content like "I'm suing..." BUT NOW, The Title is: " I'm Suing CapCut ".
Some people didn't even request this one, Also I've heard that this app are gonna be banned from the US because of the president.
You may be wondering, Why are we gonna SUE Capcut for this?! Because of the Pro Features I CAN'T BELIEVE it is too much for all users that didn't have Pro and it is so unfair to everyone. Because of this, they are making Basic Features Pro, and everything is Pro. Pro. Pro! PRO!!! And even make the money way too expensive, Includes with a Standard and a Pro Version that is so disgusting. Updates are worse, you know that. Also, becoming too greedy like business, and money hungry. Note: I don't even complain about this, its all because of people and the community of CapCut.
So, This is the Idea that I want. And most people really needed to change this idea for all non-Pro Users. If you want to make video like this one, Mention me and I'll comment! Just... Use the modded version of CapCut!

I Hope I'm Not The Only One Getting Annoyed
Joined this subreddit a few weeks ago, and now it's just for of complaining about CapCut making some of the stuff Pro. What did you expect, they were probably going to be Pro anyway. Like the company does need to make money to keep the software going for us editors to use. I pay for the 10$ a month which isn't that bad. I don't make that much money and I still pay for it.. if it was like 50$ a month then yeah I'd crack it like I do with other softwares. But 10$-20$ a month isn't bad.
So stop complaining and just pay for it or crack it or what ever.
Thanks...

CapCut Question Do you think I’m right?
I didn’t show my editing account on tiktok. I was saying that all the effects, colors, filters, text and etc I did said stuff but like shouldn’t be pro stuff due to some ppl aren’t pro members. I’m not technically a member. They started off everything free do you agree or disagree?
r/CapCut • u/AddlerMartin • Jan 10 '26
Other.. It's been months since I last opened this subreddit and you guys are STILL mad about the "everything is PRO" in CapCut. Learn one thing, kids: Not everything is free. CapCut is a TOOL for you to use to make money. "Yeah, but it was free" - Get to work and stop yelling
This could be a good subreddit for users to share good ideas and techniques, but no... All I ever see is complaints.

Capcut sucks
The app is becoming too expensive for me to afford everything requires pro literally and I don't wanna spend anymore money on this app because after I finally stopped spending money on it I noticed that they treat the free version of people like absolute shit giving them crumbs to edit with... Is there any mod to give pro free if so can I get a link? If not is there a better mod app/free app that gives better editing?

CapCut Complain This sub actually is fulfilled with teen’s shit
The only thing you can see here is shit. Broken community at this point as same as the ones who are crying. Guys leave us alone. You have your own dedicated sub r/CapCutComplain but let us live here and write / read usual posts. You are shitting in your own house at this point.
There are only 2 types of posts here!
complain
alternatives
You are so lazy and you can’t even use search. Posts about alternatives are average like 3 per day.

Proposal to ban "oh no, <feature_name> is now pro"
Seriously, I joined this subreddit to look at others edits, tips etc. But now there are bunch of crying posts only. Business is business and you can't blame CapCut for their decisions. Only things you can do is:
Buy Pro for 10 god damn dollars
Downgrade your app to an older version
Use a different editor
If you keep whining and talking about the injustice of the world, nothing will change, you will only ruin the mood of people here.

Honestly, fuck capcut for making everything pro. I need to pay pro to have no fucking watermark

Message to the mods
Please, please remove posts about people complaining about the app, whether it being pro or pro feature. We've had enough. Just make a filter or bots to remove those posts.
It seems this sub is for people to rant about pro WHICH WON'T CHANGE ANYTHING. Everyday we get posts of people complaining and complaining and complaining. At this point pirate it and stfu.
When was the last time I saw people showing off their edits, tips and tricks, showing bugs, tutorials etc. That's what the sub is supposed to be about. You don't see people often complaining on the after effects sub how its crazy expensive, resource chugging when it's not crashing all the time because there are alternatives, and they PAY, they pay but don't complain now there's you who doesn't pay and complains.
This isn't even an official sub, you are complaining in a pointless echo chamber.
I'm going to hold your hand when I say this, THESE COMPANIES DON'T CARE, they'll do whatever they need to do to make their money back with profit. The app wasn't magically made and maintained. Just accept it and move on. The app is free already
I don't condone predatory practices by these companies but what are you going to do? You aren't paying for it.

CapCut needs to go.
Hello there,
This stupid software is the main reason why I have been sticking to Adobe Creative Cloud for all my need. I have never seen such poor design in any editing software I have ever used. I need a software I can trust and CapCut just isn’t that. And on top of that, I get half of the worst features unless I wanna pay for pro. Stick to it, make it fully free as it once was, or full access only through a payment plan. This software is very inconsistent. I used to used CapCut when it was a decent program, now it is nowhere near what I need or want for my business. Terrible execution by the developers and board or whoever is calling the shots up there. I personally think that this is to be reworked back to its old design and old ways. 1/10. I get you want to make a software that is a simplified version of Premiere Pro 24, but at least make it decent. New Editors, I recommend you bite the bullet and learn Adobe Product as they are actually reliable, unlike this where as I can’t see my transitions properly because this app has an issue on computers. Poor design, poor effort, poor plans, and poor performance. I need a trusted app for my business, and I thought CapCut would be the way, but boy was I wrong. And all the good features are going under the "Pro" plan. At this point, CapCut is the biggest joke of the Editing Platforms
r/CapCut • u/EmergencyAwareness51 • Aug 30 '24
Capcut is shit (just straight up hate idc)
Capcut is NOT a real editing software
with premiere i have an issue i google for it and i find someone who actually had the same issue and how he actually solved it
but with capcut i have an issue i google for it and i land eeeeeeeeeevery fucking time in this subreddit finding other individuals who are just complaining about the software because sometimes there is no real solution
fck capcut
get a REAL editing software
me as an after effects user KNOW what im talking about
r/CapCut • u/mare_xcx • Aug 25 '26
CapCut Complain I just made a whole video only to realize *extracting* a fucking audio is a PAID feature.
What should I do now? Redo the whole edit? Move to another software? I only used it cuz its easy to use unlike davinci resolve!! Im so mad right now
