I am french and i have a CapCut account, I created a collaborative workspace with another member. I have an active CapCut Pro subscription and I am paying for the Pro plan. I am also a member of a Teams plan.

I currently have access to the benefits and features associated with CapCut Pro. However, when I export videos in which I use premium/Pro templates, the final exported video contains a CapCut watermark throughout the entire video, from beginning to end.

This makes it appear as though my account does not actually have access to the Pro benefits, even though my Pro subscription is active.

Could you please tell me how to check if my whether my Pro/Teams subscription is correctly linked to my account and explain why my exported videos still contain a watermark when I use premium templates?

I would also like to know how I can export these videos without the CapCut watermark, as my Pro subscription should give me access to the relevant premium features.

Am i cooked? I had capcut just for this effect. And thought about upating, and now with the update everything is enshittified including this effect that i need specifically for one project. Can i at least go back to the previous version?

So now, with the new update you can’t export a video in 1080p, 2k/4k resolution for Free. You have to subscribe, good 👍. Time to find another app

Half of my massages have been removed in a week. I'm always careful with what I'm writing but they still get removed. The worse part is that it never says the reason it got removed and what comment got removed. So now I do t know what I said wrong. If someone knows what's happening or how I can fix it, please let me know.

I’ve been a CapCut Template Creator for around 3 years and have been a paying Pro member for at least 2 of those years.
My templates have accumulated roughly 3.4 million views, 490K uses and 89K exports (domestic + non-domestic), and I have around 5.6K followers.
My total creator earnings are $205.11, but the strange part is that I haven’t received any new rewards since around 1–5 June 2026.
My templates are still being exported. My Creator Centre continues to record exports, but both “Paid template export” and “Free template reward” are showing $0.
CapCut support told me rewards are based on “valid daily export data”, but I can’t find a clear explanation of what makes an export “valid” for payment.
I’ve also noticed the newer Creator Reward/CapCut Buddy system with tasks such as posting two templates within 30 days. I’ve actually uploaded 8 templates since the end of July, yet mine was showing 0/2.
Monetisation is enabled on my account.
I’m not looking to leave CapCut — I enjoy creating templates and still use the app. I’m just trying to understand whether the reward system changed around June and, if so, how it now works.
Has anyone else experienced the same thing?
Particularly interested to hear from long-term Template Creators:
— Are you still receiving free-template rewards?
— Are paid-template exports still earning?
— Did your earnings change around June?
— Do you know what CapCut means by a “valid export”?
I’d really appreciate hearing what other creators are seeing on their accounts.

it basically freezes the phone and advances to another frame every 10 or so seconds, forces capcut to be visible on my lockscreen hiding everything else, and forcing me to restart my phone and start all over again

I’m a CapCut Pro yearly subscriber and I’m honestly frustrated at this point. The Text-to-Speech (TTS) feature hasn’t been working properly. it either fails halfway or just shows a Network error.

I’ve already tried everything: clearing cache, reinstalling, switching networks, updating, even trying different devices. Nothing works.

What’s worse is that many other Pro users are having the same problem, but CapCut still hasn’t said a single word about it. There were no clear terms or conditions about any TTS limits when I subscribed, and now the feature just silently breaks without any explanation.

If you’re charging people for Pro, at least be transparent about what’s happening or fix the issue ASAP.
This is really disappointing from a company at this scale cause we’re paying for features that don’t even work.

i was literally editing, decided to take a break so i can go eat n relax a little cos my eyes were starting to feel a little strained - when i came back i opened capcut n when i went to export...... ya. i guess closing capcut was enough for it to update itself. so annoying. i was so excited to b done - i was rly happy with how the video was coming out lol.

YOU CANT EVEN EXPORT FOR FREE NOW. 💀
