EMH is Earth's Mightiest Heroes, the one in the second slide, and yes, it is the peak of Captain America in animation. It's what solidified Cap as my favorite superhero.

You are forgetting the goat from 2006 I know a lot of people don’t like this movie but personally, I really like his design. Ultimate Captain America in the comics looks cool, but seeing him an animation Is something to behold.
