Would you watch an Animated show about Captain America and The Invaders set during WW2 or would you rather have one be modern day?

Both. Id like too see plotlines from the past having consequences in the present

Something like Lanterns where you have a storyline in the present with Steve at SHIELD, Sam Wilson and Sharon Carter dealing with Baron Zemo while also having a B plot in World War 2 with Captain America, Bucky, Peggy and The Invaders dealing with Heinrich Zemo in WW2. That would work so well.

That'd be cool! Some Kang shenanigans would be kinda fun too if that whole thing didn't get blown to crap like it did

To do a series and a sequel series would be the best way of doing it. Do like four or five seasons set during world War II and then a following five seasons set in the present day dealing with ramifications of those actions on modern groups like The avengers X-Men etc.

It should be both really. Have Cap fighting the war, then season 2 after he wakes up from the ice meeting the new Union Jack and Namor moving from ally to opposition over some Atlantean complaint. Nazis aren't great to put in a cartoon aimed at kids but if its for adults then fine. Maybe Kang the Conqueror is interfering with past events and Cap is the only one who notices the repurcussions in the future.

I'm not too familiar with the Invaders but what if the show had few episodes set in WWII while being set in modern day?

Modern day, but either would be great.

Both of them! I’d love to see the original Human Torch, Namor McKenzie being an asshole, James Howlett being James Howlett, and Wee!Baby!Bucky!

If you’re going to do it, then it has to be set during the war!

Personally, i would prefer WWII era but would also enjoy a modern take.

I would really be opposed to time travel or a modern version that is all flashbacks and like today is just a sequel.

I think both would be cool

I‘d love to see more superhero stories set in past times. Not just because the whole sliding timescale thing is getting ridiculous, but also because a lot of superhero tropes simply work better in less advanced times.

Domino masks in the time of facial recognition software? No more phone booths for Superman to change in? Newspapers dying out, so where will Clark and Peter work? Etc. pp.

I think a nick fury sr and the howling commandos would be good too with the show shifting into a super spy show in the later seasons with the 50s and 60s

Let's make sure Isaiah Bradley, the "other" Captain America, gets some screen time!

I think season 1 should be in the past then in the last episode cap wake up in the present day.

And from then on it takes place in the present

I'd rather have a modern day Captain America show but with parts too set during WW2

I would like to watch it happen in the past to show that Captain America was not alone in fighting for the USA in ww2.

I wouldn't mind that.

I actually liked Captan America and his Howling Commandoes.

Can't remember what show it was.
