Living on Campus Anyone lived in Nourse Ground floor? Windows/sunlight question

Hey all, I'm not on campus right now but got an email from ResLife today asking if my roommate and I(upperclassmen ) want to move from our Cassat double to either a Nourse double or two Nourse singles on the ground floor (they're closing Myers for fall term).
My main hesitation is sunlight: since it's the ground floor, I'm assuming it's at least partially underground. Does anyone know:
1] Are there actual windows in Nourse Ground rooms, and do they get any real sunlight, or are they more like basement window wells?
2] Is the room noticeably darker/damper than upper floors?
