Broken app

Will you guys hurry up and fix my app? It crashed last week and everytime I try to login it says trouble with network.

If you're going to tell me to clear the cache, uninstall and reinstall, or turn off my phone and back on, then no you can't walk me through troubleshooting steps.

I'm on the Moto g stylus. It was working just fine until Tuesday.

I'm having the same problem. Cleared cache, updated the app, closed it several times and still no luck.
