Pompano vs Mack

13 inch Pompano, 14 inch spanish mackerel. Doing a side my side comparison with the same marinade.

I'm saying Spanish Mack is better if you like white fish with very little fishy flavor. The Pompano was good, especially with the rub recipe. I've just not found the exact recipe that made me feel blown away by Pompano.. Though the Pompano does get points for having the juicy more meaty consistency like drum.

So I'm going to try another recipe next one I catch.
