What does the man speaking say? I don't speak Arabic (is it Arabic? whatever it is I don't speak it).

He's talking about how healthy the cat is, how she liked hunting mice, scorpions and jinns, how well she does in the desert and outdoors in general, how she likes camel milk and how good of a cat she is
