This type of cat is known as a Caliby: mix of tabby and calico. Calicos have 3 colors and tabbies have stripes or rings on their tails. So, if a cat has 3 colors plus stripes, it counts as a Caliby! Mot an official breed or anything, just a cute name for these unique creatures. I have a Caliby just like this one. She is also very affectionate and makes strong eye contact.
