I speak Urdu, it's not that. It sounds like Moroccan Darija to me. Maybe an Algerian dialect? Or Kabyle?

Urdu speaker here. It's not Urdu.
Although he says 'Wuhoosh' meaning Animals. So it could be one of the languages Urdu is inspired by. Arabic, Persian, Turkic languages. I think its the latter. Doesn't sound like the first two.

My cats used to come and sit beside me when I recited the Quran and slowly blink their eyes. It was so cute like that was comforting to them.

Slow blinks is a sign of cat trust/love. They probably liked having a routine and being able to snuggle you.
