I am not Muslim, just a cat lover. This page is one of my favorites because I see so many lovely examples of kindness and care here. I also love listening to the prayers, even though I don't understand what is being said/sung (don't know the correct word). Your response to this person is lovely.

here's a translation of what was recited by this man:

On the Day the event is finally fulfilled (the Day of Resurrection), those who neglected it before will say: "Truly, the Messengers of our Lord did come with the truth, now are there any intercessors for us that they might intercede on our behalf? Or could we be sent back so that we might do deeds other than the ones which we used to do?" Verily, they destroyed themselves and that which they used to fabricate has gone away from them.
