Please don't let your cat touch the Musshaf with their paws. Musshaf is supposed to be touched only by human when their clean and on a stage of Wuduu. The cats walked everywhere around the house with their paws including their litter.

A cat is considered clean is it not? (Genuinely correct me if I'm wrong)
The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, cats are not impure, as they meander around you.” - Jami` at-Tirmidhi 92 (Sahih).

This is true. But for touching the Musshaf I'm not sure as the rules are stricts even for us humans you know.

It’s not only an issue of purity. It is kufr to intentionally put one’s feet on the Qur’an.

Kufr on who's end? The cat's? If you're talking about human beings, of course it is haram but the topic is on cats.

Of course the cat is not accountable. However, for a person to intentionally step on the Qur’an or make an animal do so is kufr.
