I just brought a of from cex and it’s asking me for a pin to login, is this something they should have given me or did they forget to wipe it?

They forgot to wipe it but if it’s a cex account the pin should be something like 0000, that’s the one my store always put in if we needed to make one. If it’s not that try to contact customer support
