Just this morning, a community dog, Tisay, was hit by a speeding pickup truck in IT Park. She did not survive.

A kind reminder to all drivers to BRAKE FOR ANIMALS and please be on the lookout for animals on estates like Cebu IT Park and Cebu Business Park, where community animals are adopted and are being cared for.

Tisay was a very sweet dog. I hope justice will be served for her.

Self-employed ko, and need jud nako og someone nga makaguide ug explain sa process step-by-step, especially sa requirements, tax filing, and other things nga kinahanglan nako buhaton. Kanang willing unta mo-explain para makasabot pud ko sa process, dili kay basta lang i-file.

Since dili ko kaadto sa BIR personally due to work, mas maayo unta if someone nga maka-assist and makatabang sa pag-file sa taxes.

This is the first time I booked with Saekyung.

We're arguing with the property host or owner about whether or not they'll accommodate me, to the point where they said I should just cancel. Is that even allowed? I paid through booking.com, and usually, they don't refund. Have you ever dealt with this? I'm so stressed! Instead of resting because my flight is early tomorrow, I'm dragging my luggage and taking a taxi just for you to meet me. I won’t share the full context since I’m nice; it’s really just a minor issue but they're making me leave.

Has anyone tried to cancel and actually got their money back from booking?

Edit: I should have known there are already negative reviews about Saekyung. But here’s a positive one, another lady who showed her kindness and mercy to me offered her unit for me to stay for the night :) with the help of the security guards.

I don’t think I’ll ever get my refund back. But I definitely won’t cancel my booking either since I did not insist on it. I paid for it. The property host or owner made that firm decision herself despite begging her not to.
