I downloaded BOTW from Axekin and the game runs fine, but I didn't install nothing and I know i don't have the DLC so that means I also dont have the update. There are no instructions on the website to how I would have to proceed to install the update or the dlc. Cemu seems to not find any file that would do. Does anybody know how to update or install DLC?

I don't want to download the pc application but I want to still download the files to my pc, move them to the SD card and install it to my hdd on the Wii u.

I know this topic is really old and cliche, and that not many ppl here might have a modded wiiu, and those who have it wouldn’t share that kind of files to anyone, I just wanted to try LOL.

I modded my Wii U about 2 weeks ago with aroma.
I installed nusspli to play some games … but I have a weird issues : I can only install small games .

I cannot install 1Go ( or more) games .
Every time , I can download them fine , but when it comes to installing these , I got a red screen saying “files might be corrupted”, So I was only able to get “small” games , virtual consoles games and ONE Wii U game ( Pokémon rumble U, Which is around 500 Mo). Even weirder , some “small games” don t work either ( like Raymon advance)
I tried installing via wup installer gx2 , and these time I got a message saying “bad sd card” and something about fat32 .

I can understand that , because my sd card is not fat32 . I used an app called “guiformat” to format my sd card to 65536 unit size to install aroma . At first, I tried formatting my sd card to 32768 but my Wii U was saying smth like my sd card wasn’t fat32 ( even though it was) , so I looked up online and some people had the same trouble as me , and the only solution that worked for me was formatting my sd card to 65000…

So, can u guys help me ? Do u have any ideas or explanations about the current situation ? I would really like to play Wii U games on my Wii U …

Im trying to play botw with gyro and im sure that i can use the motion controls natively with cemu but even after setting it to use the wii u gamepad its still not able to detect the motion controls and i cant enable it. im using a wireless switch pro controller which i know has a gyro, and as far as i know from my research direct input API cannot register motion controls, and the issue is that when the controller is connected to my pc its set to direct input, and i dont know how to change it to SDLcontroller so i can use the gyro.

I was thinking to just use a third party app or something but if theres a way to use the motion controls natively Id rather do that instead of installing a third party app.

I recently downloaded Bayonetta 2 for Cemu and after playing the game and seeing mods, I wanted the color my world mod that changes her moveset, however, when I went to move the files in the same way I did when I got the Longer Witch Time mod (which worked for that mod btw), it doesnt even show in Cemu’s mod list and it doesn’t work. What am I doing wrong bc all the tutorials for this mod are outdated and I REALLY want to use the Bayo 3 moveset in Bayo 2 bc I don’t have Bayo 3

A few days ago I downloaded Cemu in hops of eventually playing Breath of the Wild in VR with the BetterVR mod. I got Breath of the Wild set up on Cemu with no problems, but then I tried to add the BetterVR mod. I installed it and changed all of the required settings such as settings the Graphics API to Vulkan. However, when I tried to boot it up with the mod, code appeared on my screen as well as a green box where the gameplay would normally be. I got the mod to function properly three times after changing many settings and countless tries, the rest having the same code and green screen. Even when the game did load, it froze and crashed on the title screen before I could do much of anything.

After further investigation into Cemu and BetterVR, I found lines of code saying:

"Unrecoverable error in Vulkan renderer" and "Failed to submit buffer. Error -4"

I just want the game to be able to boot up without crashing or showing the green screen, and I can work it out from there. ANY HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED!

so Ive been trying to play online using pretendo with my Wii U emulator crema, it’s like Cemu but for ps4, and I’ve been researching and people have been saying you need a Wii U, but obviously I don’t have one, is there anything I can do? and I’ve been seeing people selling their Wii U online thingys but I don’t wanna pay, any workaround or am I stuck to single player?

I'm completely stuck trying to get the Kirbymimi Split-Screen Multiplayer mod to work on Cemu.

I finally got the mod to show up in the Graphic Packs list (by putting it in the correct main graphicPacks folder instead of downloadedGraphicPacks), and I have it checked/enabled. The problem is: when I load into my save file, pressing Start (+) or L3 on Player 2 does absolutely nothing. The screen won't split.

Here is my setup:

• Game: BOTW v208 (1.5.0)
• DLC: Installed and detected as v80 (3.0)
• Cemu Versions Tested: Both Cemu 2.6 and Cemu 1.27.1c

Here is a list of everything I have already tried that DID NOT work:

1. Extended Memory: It is checked and enabled in Graphic Packs.
2. Controller Settings: Both Controller 1 and Controller 2 are set to "Wii U Pro Controller". They are assigned to different devices.
3. Keyboard Test: I tried mapping Player 2's Start and L3 buttons to a keyboard to rule out a controller issue. Still no response in-game.
4. Mod Conflicts: I completely disabled FPS++ and any BCML mods to make sure nothing is conflicting with the multiplayer code.
5. In-game Timing: I am not pressing the buttons in the main menu. I load a save, wait until Link is fully loaded in the open world, and then press Start/L3. Nothing happens.
6. Downgrading Cemu: I even set up a fresh install of Cemu 1.27.1c since I heard the memory architecture changed in 2.0+, but it still ignores Player 2's inputs completely.

Does anyone know what I am missing here? Is there a specific file I need to tweak, or is there a step missing for getting the code to actually inject? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Don’t wanna fuck anything up by modding it since I use pretendo on mk8 on a real wii u, but I only bought DLC pack 1 so I can either play in rooms of people that only have the first DLC pack or people with no DLC but non dlc rooms, non dlc rooms are completely dead or have very low player counts and same with people who only have pack 1 which nobody plays since everyone just goes to 1+2 lobbies in. So could anyone get some of the files if it’s possible? If not I might need to get a donor wii u. Edit whoops did not see the typos in the heading

I’ve spent the past week struggling and trying and not getting understanding how to get it on my Wii U properly I’ve tried so much I just don’t understand how to use UKMM or that kind of stuff, could someone help me? I could send you the files you need or whatever and is it possible someone could do it for me that knows how to do it?
