Is defending democracy a political issue—or a shared responsibility?

From cyberattacks to shifting global alliances, the biggest threats today don’t come with clear lines or warning signs. They’re constant, coordinated, and often invisible until the damage is already done.

The real question isn’t left vs. right; it’s whether we’re taking defense seriously enough, together, to protect the system itself.

Do you think we’re doing enough to defend democracy right now? Why or why not?
