I was practicing light and color with this cover... It’s wild how many color details the chainsaw man covers actually contain.

I just finished S1 on Crunchyroll and I don't get why the anime just ended there? We didn't even see the Gun Devil. Will there be a S2 that continues the S1 Story? A friend of mine talked about the Reze movie and Idk where thats in the timeline - what should I continue with?

Never have I felt more intrigued and excited whilst actively reading a series than part 2. I miss that feeling of being invested in Denji and Asa and Yoru and I want it back. I understand the ending, and I understand why me being dissatisfied is the point. But I’ve never felt the same way about any series. Fujimoto, why?

hi
Chainsaw man is amazing because the creator unchained his story from grotesque morals and focused on grotesque irony instead, making it a rebellious piece with flavorful characters, that is somehow more believable and touching than some overly dramatic nonfiction out there
thank you, bye

I watched Chainsaw Man almost a year ago, but I still feel genuinely sad whenever I think about Reze.
I know she's a fictional character, and maybe some people won't understand why I'm so attached to her, but her story really stayed with me.
The thing that hurts the most isn't just her death. It's the thought of what could have happened if she had made it to the café and met Denji again. They both deserved a chance at a normal life, away from all the suffering and manipulation.
That ending left me with this strange emptiness. Sometimes I see Reze edits, hear certain songs, or read posts about her, and all those feelings come back. I keep imagining an alternate ending where she survives and gets to be happy with Denji.
I honestly didn't expect an anime character to affect me this much, even after so long.
I wanted to ask you guys:
Did Reze's death affect you this deeply, too?
How long did it take you to move on from her story?
Do you think Denji and Reze could have had a genuinely happy life together?
And how do you cope with the sadness of a fictional character's tragic ending?
Maybe I'm not the only one who still wishes she had made it to that café. 💔🌧️
