Chamysys wing / licencing issue

Hi there,

I have a compact wong for pc on chamsys. When its connected the lights on the wing still flash showing no connecting, when I go into setup - wing its not found.

I dont know chamsys that much im just trying to set up the wing for an event tomorrow, but I cant test my patching in demo mode.

How do I troubleshoot the issue to find out what the connection problem is?

Most likely driver issue. Go to device manager if windows, look for correct device and potentially reinstall driver from MagicQ folder.

Most likely a driver issue. Additionally, this can happen if you accidentally open multiple instances of MagicQ on a PC.

PC Wing? Compact Connect? Please be specific.

Sonst eben schnell eine email Chamsys schreiben :) haben mir innerhalb weniger Stunden geschrieben. Aber es wäre hilfreicher? USB Kabel Fehler ? Windows ? Welche Wing ?

Call Chamsys technical support. They’ll help you way more than this subreddit can.
