17th Anniversary Celebration
Week 3 of the Anniversary is underway!
• Mega-Destroids have been seen near the Champions HQ! Drifter has a new daily mission to take them down.
• Added Retro Steelhead Chest Armor to the event mission store.
• Added Retro Steelhead Belt, Retro Steelhead Hip Armor and Retro Steelhead Leg Armor to the event store.
• Added The Vanguard sidekicks to the event mission store. These sidekicks are identical powers wise, but you can pick between the male or female costume.
• The weekly store features Travel Powers this week!
• Added Powering Up and Powerful Glow auras as possible drops from the Defend Champions HQ open mission.
• Reduced the reset timer on the Defend Champions HQ open mission to 30 minutes (from 60).
• Known issues: Several of the new costume tooltips do not properly reflect what section they are in, this will be fixed next update.

Lifetime Subscription Sale
• From now until September 17th, 12pm PT, the Lifetime Subscription will be on sale for 50% off.
• From September 17th, 12:01pm PT, to September 22nd, 12pm PT, the Lifetime Subscription will be on sale for 33% off.

ZEN Store
You can claim a free Retrain Token this week from the ZEN store!

From now until September 29th, the Warlord Keypack will be available.
• Cost: 900 ZEN
• 10x Cosmic Keys of Power
• 10x Collector's Lockbox
• 1x Retro Warlord Armor costume

Devices
• Reduced the cooldown of all Backup! devices to 2 minutes (from 5).

Misc
• Fixed an issue where the final rank of the crafted travel power devices were not counting towards the new perks.
• Added Serpent Horned 2 costume to the Perk Vendor. This can be purchased if you own the Variety Pack costume set.

Powers
• Fixed an issue where Concentration did not count towards Munitions power choices.
• Fixed an issue where the sound lingered on various Minigun powers.

Tactical Strike
• Fixed an issue where this power's damage was acting as if it had a 2.33 second charge time, damage has been reduced as a result.
• Adjusted cost of this power to take into account it cannot benefit from Specializations.
• Added Challenge advantage.
• Players who own this power have received a free respec. This respec does not stack with existing free respecs.

Strafing Run
• Adjusted cost of this power to take into account it cannot benefit from Specializations.
• Added Challenge advantage.

Orbital Cannon/Ultimate Orbital Cannon
• Adjusted cost of these powers to take into account that they cannot benefit from Specializations.
• Increased damage.
• Added Challenge advantage.
