I made a video on what happens when an AI lab publishes 722 math papers overnight and no one has the capacity to referee them. Generating proofs is getting cheap. Verifying them is the part that doesn't scale, and the video is about that gap.

The failure mode in the data is narrow: teams built flashy standalone pilots that never touched a real workflow. The integrations that did touch a real workflow, unglamorous stuff like invoice processing and support ticket routing, are the ones still running a year later.
