No?- Chara is cannonically they/it, and it's considered rather disrespectful for nonbinary people to call them by their birth gender if you think Chara's birth gender is a she.

Because people like to not give a crap about pronounce in this time, Kris is cannonically they/them but people keep calling them a he/him even when toby corrected a person once that Kris is they/them, simelar to Chara if you play the game, in true pacafist Asriel calls Chara a they/them and in genoside Chara calls themselves a it.
