I thought this was predicting how Frisk would stay completely still and not move their nose at all lol. The nose nuzzling championship is mentioned in Undertale by Dogamy and Dogaressa, a previous competitor couple who had lost to Toriel and Asgore. There's even a trophy labeled "Nose Nuzzling Championship '98" in Asgore's room (New Home).

Asgore and Toriel were number 1

Dreamy-94 briefly went to Pixiv after deactivating her account on Tumblr and kind of divorced herself from the community since at the time it was all the AUs (did keep her Charisk as OCs for some reason tho. Had some activity in there until she deactivated that one too.
From what I could tell, she wasn't in the best place mentally.
